David Grant

David's property career began in the UK in 1996 as a junior residential broker before progressing through the ranks to become a branch manager of the top performing sales office in the region. 

In 2008 he moved to New Zealand, working in Wellington CBD, specialising in retail sales and leasing where his skill sets have resulted in awards as the top national salesperson for one of the largest global real estate firms. 

In 2012 David joined forces with Bryan Block who, together, have become two of the most successful retail property specialists in Wellington, later also joining Bryan in setting up the Wellington arm of an Auckland based retail focused commercial agency in 2014. This winning team have now established Crown Commercial and look set to continue their successful partnership.
